If it is a jdm engine without a rebuild and only has 23k it's not worth it. Even though it's a 13b-re block it's still the same as an s5 block, probably has 140rwhp without turbos, just bolts up different and can hold more power. I can guarantee that if it is not ported, my stock port, stock turbo vert running 8psi would walk all over it. For $3700 you can usually get a nice turboII, For me, if it's not a 2000lb FB a non-turbo engine will just not be fast enough. My opinion is that his car is $700 too much, granted he probably spent $3000 putting that car together but nobody will ever get their money out of their modded FC. I'd offer him $3000 at the most (which I'm sure he'll feel offended.)

acuatally probably less than 140 hp, thats about how much a na makes with higher compression rotors.
i say run away as fast as you can and buy a real rx7 if you want one. dont buy somebodys elses headache. (from personal expereince)
tHIS SOUNDS LIKE JB'S CAR. I WENT TO MAZTECH LAST WEEK AND JEFF WAS TELLING ME ABOUT THAT CAR.
IT SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD DEAL. WHY ARE THE TURBOS OFF. DOES HE HAVE HIGH COMPRESSION ROTORS IN IT?
SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT: IF YOU HAVE A TURBO MOTOR WHY WOULD YOU TAKE OFF THE TURBOS? AND THEN TRY TO SELL THE CAR.
I AM NOT SURE ABOUT IT.
CHECK THE COMPRESSION AND ASK QUESTIONS IS THE BEST ADVICE I COULD GIVE YOU.

You can put the UIM from a re or rew on an s4 or s5 TII LIM with the right plate. Compression might not affect an n/a that much but when it comes to turbocharging a rotary, higher compression always yeilds wayyyy more power but ofcourse a hotter charge. And stock for stock, a 6port has bigger porting than a s4 or s5 4port. Don't forget RE's, and REW's are 32% slicker than s5 housings which ='s less friction, less heat. If you like being slow, that car would be perfect.

My friend had a 13bre,bridge port with carb set up,high compression rotors 6.6 or 6.8 best time,in the 1/8th
