i was riding tonight i threw 2 quarts of motor oil in after the fact that i had found out i was low on motor oil...

now i drive the 7 down the road and i think either between 4k rpms to 6k roms later into 4th gear car acts like it wants to shut down but if i let go of the gas it runs perfect now i dont mean litterally like it wants to shut down it feels like a down shift almost close it like as if you downshifted from 4th to 3rd really fast like that slowing down to quickly but still in 4th though i decided theres a problem and im not risking any chances of blowing what i just bought idont know whats going on but im gonna have to make a quick call you rotary 7 tommorow and get an answer out of him i guess unless anyone can identify this problem right on the spot from the forums maybe i can deal with it my self

has anyone ever encountered this problem before?

 

You used two quarts of oil?

 

yeah it needed it i was that low

 

if the oil is high enough to were it just barely touches the dipstick, you only need one quart to fill it up all the way.

 

I have to say this,but why not take it to the "PuertoRican" Who you got it from..

 

you need to get the car to me so I can check air/fuel/idle/timing
