Default Porting N/A 13B?

Anybody ever had/seen/driven an RX7 (or other car) with a 13B 6port in it with bridged aux ports? sleeves/actuators still on?
think it's a bad idea?

Gimme some opinions here. I'm going to look into doing this for when my motor blows up

I know of a few bridge 6 ports,no actuators on,no sleeves.. and I think Pineapple racing sleaves are waste of money,Thats kinda what I was thinking when I saw your electric 6 port actuators.. you would only loose some low RPM power,if yoiu would notice any,but who drives at low RPMs?lol

Why wait till yoru engine blows to rebuild it?
You have a 99.9% chance of slinging an apex, and costin you to get another rotor, and rotor housing

yes i think its a bad idea. for one, bridge porting doesnt work on the street because you need an open exhaust for it to work properly, and two, porting a 6 port doesnt really work too well either. get a turbo, or use turbo housings and get a different intake manifold and put a carburetor on it or aftermarket fuel injection.

Well what i had in mind was just bridge porting the AUX ports... leaving the actuators in (of course cutting them so they'd match with the new ports better) and street porting the secondaries and primaries.

I saw someone did this to a renesis and if i can remember where i found the pix i'll post them. Either way the bridged ports would only open after a certain higher RPM so hopefully it wouldnt have the crappy high idle and shitty low end torque that a full BP has.

It's just an idea. figured i'd ask since this is a tech forum.
