do you mean the shift forks inside the transmission, or the clutch fork that pushes on the release bearing?

yeah dont waste time removing the motor, less time spent workin on her, more time to drive around and kill rice.

Update... Bought a new transmission at Cophers, put it on, got the motor in. Runs and drives good.

so if it runs and its good....so y is it still sittin at my shop tyler??? oh, i forgot, its those six wires that are too short, guess thats y it doesnt idle. I give ya sum credit for atleast getting it started today.
