this car is on its last leg, when the insurance runs out its getting stripped and parked hard. what can be done with in a few months to bring this car back to life by lets say 2004
as far as swaps, interior, the whole 9
its got crap for interior and suspension is shot, steering is crazy, engine is non responsive to throttle, auto tranny shifts like crap, only gauge that works is rpm, emergency brake light stays on and the e-brake does not even work. This car wont sell too good but is perfect to tear apart. even the diver side seat belt does not work, dash is bearly bolted in, (my fault) drivers side key hole does not work and the locks dont work correctly and the light does not ocme on when the driver side door is open, used to have power locks with an alarm, both now non functional.

looking for guidance to make a well running car on a maderate budget.

was thinking i can get a miata engine and manual tranny, but i have no clue about mazda or ford stuff and what will go into what.

find another EGT or 90-94 Protege and swap in the entire drivetrain. They are the same, and bolt up. Some little things are different, such as radiator, and the speedo is cable operated on the Protege...

Your post doesn't ask questions, so thats all that can be said right now.
