WHAT: Holiday Toy Run to benefit Toys For Tots
WHO: Suncoast Motorsports
WHEN: Saturday, December 1, 2012, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm

COST: mandatory donation for lunch, otherwise free

This event will begin with Suncoast's monthly Cars & Coffee morning event, immediately followed by a fun and spirited rally, returning to dealership for a cookout hosted by Suncoast. In addition, there will be a raffle and giveaways.

*** To ensure a quality event, RSVP/pre-registration is required if participating in Toy Run rally and cookout lunch. Check below for details on how to RSVP and pre-register.

We sincerely hope you'll join us for this awesome and fun event that's all about cars, driving, and helping ensure no kiddo goes without this holiday season. All makes and models welcome, so we'd love to see a large and diverse representation of the area's enthusiasts in attendance, so please be sure to share this with others.

REGISTRATION:
- To RSVP and pre-register, contact Events@SuncoastParts.com by Wednesday, November 28, 2012 with car and number of guests.
- Registration required to receive route map for the rally and free Suncoast gift.
- Midway point check-in required to regroup cars and receive route map for second half of rally.


DONATION REQUIREMENT: A minimum donation is required in order to receive a wristband for lunch; these include
- one (1) unwrapped toy donation PER CAR
OR
- $10 cash donation PER CAR

*** It's for the kids, give as generously as you can afford.

Just as I posted on the event page:

This is the real deal guys. We're covering everything so you don't have to worry. Our budget is big so lets make the donations big as well. We're hoping to have a news station on hand when we arrive back for lunch to shoot the group of cars pulling in. There are some awesome Suncoast prizes and gift baskets up for grabs.

We just ask that you promote this event in any way possible. Everyone is welcome to join in on the fun.

Lets just please not forget that this is all about the KIDS. They deserve everything we can give them.

I have a test map all drawn up. It just needs to be run once to make sure there doesn't need to be any changes and we'll be all good to go. This event is shaping up to be a big one. The emails are rolling in.
