If you’re an LS fan then the GM Performance Parts LSX Challenge Series is what you’ve been waiting for. Developed from the excitement of the LSX Shootout, the all-new LSX Challenge Series will run at four select events in 2011:

• NMCA Florida - Bradenton Motorsports Park - Bradenton, FL - March 18-20
• NMRA/NMCA Georgia - Atlanta, Dragway - Commerce, GA - April 14-17
• Holley LS Fest - Beech Bend Raceway - Bowling Green, KY - September 9-11
• NMCA Indiana / LSX Shootout - O'Reilly Raceway Park - Indianapolis, IN - October 6-9
  
  LSX Drag Racing
  Each GM Performance Parts LSX Challenge Series event will feature all the cars and all the stars from the LS Drag racing ranks. The best part is there's a class for everyone from hardcore, like Drag Radial, to LSX Rumble, a class with easy to follow index-style rules. The following classes will run at each LSX Challenge Series event:
  LSX Drag RadialThe fastest LSX Class, Drag Radial features 7-second turbocharged, supercharged, or nitrous-equipped LS monsters running at speeds over 200 MPH on drag radial tires!

  LSX All MotorNo boost needed here! This engine builders class features naturally aspirated late-model GM vehicles getting it done all-motor style.

  LSX Real StreetReal Street is a real world single power adder class for some of the baddest LSX street cars in the U.S. Wheels up and cool, LSX Real Street is a fan favorite.

  LSX Rumble (Index)This class is open to everyone and every combination. LSX Rumble’s index-style rules make it the most popular class in the series. At the LSX Shootout (Indiana) all Rumble class competitors may compete for no additional charge in Saturday’s LSX True Street class.

  5th Gen Camaro Challenge
  This class celebrates the return of the all-new Chevy Camaro. With easy to follow, open index-style rules, 5th Gen Camaro Challenge welcomes new Camaros of all levels of performance to battle it out for the grand prize! At the LSX Shootout (Indiana) all 5th Gen Camaro Challenge class racers can have a free entry into Saturday’s LSX True Street class.

  It's easy to race one event or the entire LSX Challenge Series. Points will be awarded for each event and competitors racing for a championship will be required to race at least 3 of 4 events with the LSX Shootout (Indiana) being a required event. Custom jackets will be awarded to the top-3 competitors in each class and a custom acrylic award to each class champion.
