what everyone has to understand is there are undercovers at the meets they drive cars just like everyone else, they show up in hondas and vetts mustangs and shit they pretend there part of the group and then you guys go to your spots and you take them with you... its just like fast and the furious where do you think they got the idea from in the first place... dont go off to your spots with ppl you dont know and dont let anyone tag along as (hey thats the guy or chic i told you all about) it was good for a while spots selected for a few runs and then leave and dont go back get smarter the same spot every week is just gonna get you all tickets

Yes, because they were actually clueless to the street racing scene until The Fast and The Furious enlightened them. I mean, until the FBI watched Scarface, they had no idea about drugs or the mafia, or that they existed.
