If I go out on a Saturday Night I just cruise around for a little bit then go home, I've been blocked in at enough places to learn my lesson. 4th is definitely a no no

I saw a bike cruise right in between all the cops they didnt do shit, but its not like they could have chased him down.
Though I can say ill be going to the track for a while. Honestly, it would probably be a better time there anyway. No worries about cops, no tickets, no nothing!
