Yeah I was also expecting it to be a better turnout. The show part was really weak.. only like 50 cars tops?? And the racing was boring for the most part. Lots of 16+ second cars running back to back. There was some fast cars out there though. All in all not a bad time, kept me busy for the entire day so I can't complain.

Hot Body Contest FAIL!! i was expecting the event to be bigger.. the CFT hatch running 9 sec all day was hot and the starlet that stood in two wheels was hot.. other than that it was ok.. now the carshow part w. no categories sucked they just came up with categories as they went... cars that should have deserved a trophy did not get one and cars that didnt got one.. i was very disappointed that they came up with like 15 scion categories and honda was so simple, with all the hondas there i know many people that left un happy... other than that it was ok..
ps. i did not take my car.. and im not speaking in behalf of anybody this are my personal thoughts about the show... OH AND THE SILENT JUDGING EVEN BIGGER FAIL!!!!!

Not sure I will ever attempt to show at an event that doesn't have categories listed before hand. If I had known they had No lexus cat. I would have entered in the toyota.
they put my car in a Luxury cat with other makes and models.
Half the features on the flyered didnt happen. I was looking forward to the midget fighting.
not sure about the racing but the show was very unorganized... noone to show you where to go/park etc.

^ +1!! my girls del sol was considered an import only (which mean against evos supras 350z) and she should had been competing with civics.. GAY!! TampasOriginalSoarer loved to see your car in person its very very nice...

the car show was definitely messed up. i did hear that the categories were all jacked up.
the racing was definitely a let down. i went to pinks all out at the same course and the turn was waaaaaaaay bigger. granted, that does have a higher payout, and a bigger following, but i still saw way many faster cars, including imports, at that event then i did here.
the CFT car was fast, sucks that it didnt get to race the DCR srt4 bc of what happened. always next time. maybe they can have that event at bradenton next time?
