There will not be an Orlando IFO as long at Battle of the Imports is there. Support the events that are already established at you locals tracks. Don't bring in more, only saturates the scene which is bad for everyone, shops, fans, etc.
The 16 sec and slower cars running are only Test and Tune racers, not competitors. Anyone is welcome to run TnT between competition rounds. It's only $20 and more fun than watching in the stands.

the show was cool. like my boy carlos said, nothing goes perfect and at least they came and put on a show. nopi isnt around and hin and the jdm ups show is the only thing left. who knows how long jdm ups can do the shows for. its a start for them to build off of and hopefully next year it will be better.

Thanks to everyone who came out, results will be posted this evening. Most everyone and every forum is very appreciative, giving the event great reviews... except TR for some reason, so I'll chime in.

Claiming this was the first event in Gainsville is a lame excuse to the lack of organization , a show is a show is a show regardless the location.
Its our own fault for not logging out your site to see the categories?
How about adding a simple line of text on your flyer stating to log on for category specification ?
If you pass out Flyers you should make sure all the info necessary is on the flyers.
Next time remove the Midget Fighting which didn't even happen and replace that in useful info.
so your flyer that we got claiming said Ultimate Compact Fighting was our imagination ?
Preregistration wouldn't hurt either. this benefits both parties
You can start making up some of the $$ invested early and the participants don't have to wait in an hour long line
Congrats on being around since 2001, but damn 8 years and still lacking some organization ?
There was no STAFF around the tapped of entrance to guide OR ask how/where to park.
This is the first race event I have been to where the National Anthem was not played before Elimination Time...
this may seem petty to some but thats one of those respectful traditions that can''t be lost.
I'm sure this is NOT just a Domestic Event thing.
