why are people talking about hanging out in a parking lot is for ricers...if I'm not mistaking the JDMUPS meets are held in parking lots, and a shit-ton of people show up. I guess everyone there is a ricer. Not once when I was at this meet has anyone ever revved their engine annoyingly, burned out, played loud music, or even littered really.
