I asked why he hasn't stopped his daughter from being molested, had the OP bothered to include the fact that he was no longer living with his daughter and that she was being assaulted by her mothers boyfriend then everything would have been %10000 more clear. If you're asking TR for help, you should include enough details for the members to grasp why you need the help. You'd have a much larger turn out if you didn't just tell TR to help you and then fail to include details.

 

the mother has custody. the boyfriend is there aswell. no physical proof of harm except daughter is terrified 2 go back 2 mom because of boyfriend (the molester).
dad doesnt wanna get in trouble with cops by bashing in boyfriends skull.
dad needs help with attorney and cant afford one cus mom took all savings.

 

we have shared custudy and im the primary parent, mother just has visitation that i unfortunatly allowed way back then in court.
