my head flows pretty descent ive got a stage 1 head from slowboy racing its got a port and polish job on it and flows pretty descent they had it on a flow bench and sent the sheet with the head on how it flowed but i lost it so i know all thats taking care of... i was just tryn to clarify some stuff i had heard from alot of other people almost everything on google and everywhere else onlie stats its in between a min of 5-10hp per lbs so ill stick in the middel with 8hp per lb...

well thats all true but it kinda is that, i mean my motor stock d16y8, prob makes like 100whp??? on about 10psi on a t3/t4 50trim 63 a/r ill make about 200whp.. i believe, but like chris n JD said, there are so many other variables you cant just say that

im making 233 all motor and i have t3/t4 50trim 63ar and ill be pushing about 22lbs thats why i was wondering cause im tryn to shoot for atleast 450... but like everyone says variables variables variables... they just flux everything up...

well i mean, i have seen a d16z6, pistons, rods, block guard, skink2 intake manifold, hondata I/M gasket.3" exhaust on 25 psi STOCK HEAD, on 110 octane put down 405 to the wheels...
and thats a single cam...
