If ya'll are actually going to take this list seriously, then I think the contenders that are actually on the list or capable of being on this list are the only ones that have a right to make it and/or change it. They are the ones who need to get together and discuss it like adults and then go from there and taking each other down through racing. Just an idea though. I think this would be the most mature and professional way of maintaining such a list.

I was thinking about it and everyone could work with that list.. Whoever is against it I guess just go out and prove yourself in the next few days. I'm sure everyone was planning on it anyways. But, keep it limited to 10 spots.
