People can still do that.
This just raises people's competitive spirits and helps let people see where they truly stand. All in all since no one races for money round' these parts, it really is just for fun.
On another note whenever we get attacked by another city instead of inviting EVERYONE this'll be the people we have to count on.. Plus maybe some of the grudge match money racers.
