oh yeah, i'm looking to do something crazy exhaust work wize soon... if anyone is going to the JJC show in the begining of next month, i'm looking to showcase some exhaust work. so hit me up and i'll do something for material cost. i'd really like to do an aluminum setup if anyone wants to drop the change.

first off aluminums major downfall is thermal dynamics, the exhaust gets colds too fast, so you have to be very mindfull that your exhaust velocity will try to slow as it exits the car. going to big on aluminum is a bad idea... same concept, you cant keep the exhaust hot enough. i'd say 4" on a honda is a big no-no. and absolutly no offence lembo, but the point of this is to showcase my work, was hoping at the JJC meet, and you car isnt exactly out to showcase parts much... i will keep you in mind though

 

also aluminum exhaust + slammed car = fail... aluminum crushes when bottomed out.

 

muchly appreciated.im having the strangest fuel issue that started out of nowhere.i have to replace my fuel damper b4 i can start diagnoses though.i have been running with a banjo bolt for quit a while b4 i started having any problems.i had a fuel to bust,replaced it.fuel line busted again.replaced it.now i still have all the signs that i have a fuel leak,even though i can't find one anywhere.its odd.i can't figure it out.like it gets realy raspy and lots of afterburn,even though it shouldn't.when i rev it.it cuts out a little but will rev to redline still when sitting still.but as soon as i start driving and put it under load it starts cutting out,just about around 3700 and its like hitting a wall,just can't go any higher realy,it sounds like its gonna blow.i've searched and searched on rx7club.com but i havn't found anything at all thats helped.i tried swapping the pressure regulater but that didn't help,i swapped it 3 times nothing made a difference.i have been running the banjo bolt pd bypass long b4 i started having any problems so i realy don't think thats my problem.new fuel filter,new plugs and wires,all my coil packs are fireing.i can't find a fuel leak even though the cars acting the same way it did when i found i had fuel leaks.oh yea,i also replaced the afm thinking maybe that was it,and the lower plenum gasket on the intake bc i thought it was leaking from there.i've ran out of ideas,but i can't drive the car out bc i just lost my insurence...this sux.any ideas anyone?any suggestions would help greatly.thanx in advance

 

did u check your cam timing???

 

go on teamfc3s.org and search 3700rpm hesitation. rx7club is garbage

 

thanx i'll check it out.as for cam timing,i don't have cams,good thought though.i thought it was my secondary injectors but there working fine.i'll keep searching.thanx
