First off we paid three months up front. That's $5100 cash up front. We had almost another two grand in inspections, getting the building to code, installing an alarm, buying fire extinguishers and so forth.

We had a month free which was January and then we paid May, June, and July. We were hoping to have a nice bit of cash after you car but because you are a lying, scamming, no good worthless piece of shit that deserves to rot in the bowels of hell for all eternity, we were unable to pay rent in August. But thanks for your uneducated opinion.

Also because of you, I wasted four months of my life and thousands of dollars trying to make something out of a turd. All in all the car could have been pretty nice. Actually the guy who bought it contacted me last week about finishing up the work.

I just might do it. You can be damn sure I'm getting a 50% deposit and a signature on every invoice though. Thanks for that lesson. Guess it sucks to be a trustworthy person in this shitty world we live in.
