it was pay that in cash or go through a bail bonds men, i wanted to get out of there as fast as i could because i was suppose to go to the track today for the first time on the new setup, But then after i payed the money i forgot i wouldnt have any money to even go to the track

what do the cops out there do for motor swaps?
cops out here check your vin. match it with other parts of the car then tow the car if you don't have papers.

They need to have a written tresspassing warning before being able to arrest you for tresspassing, and the ONLY WAY that you can get a tresspassing warning is if the owner of the business/property calls the cops on you for tresspassing.
If lowes is completely fine with us being there, it's not possible that they could have previously warned you, and if you did have one, you would know. I got a tresspassing warning about a year ago at another meet and it took forever. I was there for at least an hour and it was a shit load of paperwork, and they searched me and my car.
I would take that to court, that's false arrest and you can definitely fight it. That's some fucked up shit.

^^ that is true but I've said it before, Right or wrong that cops gonna do w/e the fuck he wants to do, and you pay the money for bail and then you can go argue in court later, the best thing to do is say yes sir no sir and get the fuck out when told. lol. Sorry for you misfortune. These meets are usually pretty clean, I dont usually even see someone drinking at these meets, its unfortunate for the rest of us, if there's one bad seed we all get harassed. I'll be out next week, don't give in to terrorism

So thats crazy that you were the only one arrested gsxr0407. It show's your bail as only 500 though. I wonder why they made you pay 1000.
