Looking for a shop that can heat and compress springs

I have a 2019 Forte and so there isn't a lot of aftermarket stuff. I bought Eibachs for Elantra/Veloster because they lowered a guy with a Forte GT nicely, but they didn't do anything for the rear of my non-GT Forte. I heard there are shops that can heat and compress existing springs to achieve the lowering effect. Any Tampa area shops specialize in this?

2019 Forte FE with: Magnaflow exhaust - AEM cold air intake - 18x8 Drag DR-67s +35 wrapped in Federal SS-595s - Lowered with Eibach springs (at least the front is).

Heating springs never get them equal in height and causes the coils to have differing spring rates.

In my shop forum there are plenty of articles about why I don't heat coils and why

no one else reliably can heat the coils either. It has been that way for many years.
