Opinions wanted on cluster setups

Hey guys so I wanted to brighten my gauge cluster and I came across this thread..

The main guy who does it "Bloody Hatch" wont spill his secrets.. Scroll down some and you will see a sick ass SiR cluster he did.. I'm wondering if anyone has ever done anything like this and if so would you be willing to share your knowledge? I wanna make my SI cluster look as good as one of his without dropping the extra cash ATM..
