yeah but making a b series reach $230 is only gonna take about $2000 when thats what a k series header cost suck on that roaches!

k series is good if you got the money to spend but you spend from 5-7k doing the k swap depending the route you choose, or you can buy an b18b 650shipped,ls tranny 400,turbo set up 2000, mounts and axles and wire harness 600,hondata 450, tune 350, and you still have plenty money to spend and your making more whp and tq than a k20 with bolt ons

But then you have the reliability issue between a stock boosted motor from the 90's compared to a stock motor from...2002+. Wheel horsepower isn't everything either.

ok well i have had my ls on boost stock motor for almost a year now and it was on boost before i got it so who knows how long its been boosted i beat on my car all the time it has never given me problems its all on the set up and tune but even if you blow it up its only 650 shipped for another motor with less miles and you will still be under the price you pay for an k swap and everything

and i drive my car every single day to work 30+ miles then to key west 50+ miles everyday so i know mine is very reliable

well ive had a 430whp boosted Bseries and now the bolt on K and i have more fun with my all motor set up. theres nothing like turning it on without thinking it it will even crank up. and its just a different feel to it

yea dont get me wrong when i drive my boys k swap eg hatch its fun as hell to drive nasty tq on bottom end...but im just trying to say you can get an good set up for under the price you do and k swap and maybe pretty good power....if i wanted to spend more money i would go k but im getting my car painted and a few other little goodies..
