Has anyone done a restoration before?
yea i got that bug a year ago, i searched for my first car a 87 crx si, found one in ga 1 owner, garage kept, 95k, got it, swapped the 86 teg rear n front brakes, kept the d15a3 and used a gt17r turbo at 11 psi, drove it for 4 months then sold for 5500.0 had 2k into the entire car
from the looks of it out west is where the shells or restoration cars are at.
the s800 was an interesting honda. i think i remember seeing one at a Tampa Hondaland show years ago.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
