Exclamation Computer Question for ls B18b to B20z swap

I just swapped out my b18b for a b20z longblock in my 95 teg. I have a CAI, Exhaust, MSD coil, cap and wires, and a Skunk 2 IM, my problem is that the car feels sluggish below 3K-3500 and then comes to life. I am still using the ls ecu and fuel system. I think my problem lies in the ecu not giving me the fuel I need. Do you think I should look for a crv ecu or have mine rechipped?

you could look into getting an safc and having it tuned.
or you could go the easy way out and buy a obd1 ecu chipped w/ the skunk program for nonvtec.

I am currently running the skunk program on my b18b w/ a skunk2 intake mani & like it. I might sell it if someone offers me about $175

allready have the manifold, mine is an auto. (unfortunately) until I can save up enough to have the tranny conversion, is your chip designed for a 5-speed or does it not matter?

Also is your ecu obd1 or obd2? would you be interested in an obd 1 ecu if yours works out for me?

The ecu is a skunk2 p06 nonvtec ecu. obd1 programmed by kenji
The ecu is a 5 speed ecu. It will not work on a automatic b20. Only on a 5 speed b20.
