apparently, when a b16 head is used for ls/vtec, and you put it back on a b16 block, you have to unblock the oil passage there to get vtec again... who knew?

yeah, but i was totally unaware that the oil passage was blocked... so i have some serious fucking cams, ability to rev past 9k... but no vtec. seems kinda pointless to me.
