hey once again i fix one problem another comes in its place...i fixed the crazy fuel thing but now i have ZERO spark, i think the msd thats in the car took a crap but i haven't figured out how to remove it, i know that your supposed to trace the wires coming out of the distr. which i did but the thing is that i have 2 wires out of the distr. but there is 3 wires connected to the msd SCI box... 2 i know where they go but the 3rd i'm confused on... green is neg coil ~ black/yellow is pos coil ~ but what is solid yellow?? also incase its not the msd i'm also ordering a new igniter but what i want to know is there a way to check the old one before a drop $162.00?? and its not in the helms, haynes, or chiltons

Check the condenser, and the points in the distributor, check the gap on your plugs and make sure the wires are in the right firing order… sound dumb but I did it once.

 

they are all okay , why condensor check??

 

i can't put it back to stock but i do have the msd coil which i know will work the same but need to know how to remove the msd box its self
