brake conversion questions

I have a 92 cx and i bought gsr 4wheel disc brakes and i have everything except the right steering knuckle i was wondering if i could use the stock civic ones with the conversion

why change the front out?? just wondering because i'm planning on doing the same thing

i did EVERYTHING from the GSR... it is nice and clean that way...
