If you use the b18 rods they will need to be rebushed which means they will no longer be press fit and if you plan on running stock pistons they will have to be modified to accept the retaining rings like aftermarket forged pistons. Just something to consider when working on your budget, you may either want to switch to all forged internals or run stock rods shotpeened with arp bolts.

PS:
Here's what you might want to be looking into.
t3/t4 - 60-1, BIG FMIC, Maybe a Greedy piping kit.
Drag manifold, Tial Wastegate, 440 RC injectors, Hondata. 10psi should net you decent hp gain. Somewhere around 220-240whp. After tuning. Race gas and 16psi is around 300whp according to Garage Advances Y8 block. They didn't break it until 20psi with no added fuel.... bad idea. boom.
10psi should be a great daily driver, and a good street warrior. A t3/t4 60-1 will have substancial lag (~4000rpm full spool) but will net you the most power per psi. If you want something less laggy, go with a straight t3, t4, V trim compressor wheel, and Stage 5 exhaust wheel. Youwill have to have a turbo shop port the two housings, this wont be cheap, but will spool wonderfully soon, and provide great power over a standard t3 of any trim. Expect ~3k full boost.
