use some type of "t" fitting from ACE hardware, or autozone, brass or plastic, cut the fule line to the fuel rail in half, insert the "t" and branch it of to your solinoid, you may need a NPT fitting depending if you have steel braided line, running to it or just a rubber hose with a fitting on the end.

about 5.00 bucks worth of parts

hey you gotta get a T fitting and tap it into the line. dont "cut" anything...that's bad...take it to a pro if you don't know how to do it. find a local nitrous dealer and order a t fitting. Then take it somewhere and they'll do it for you. But don't cut anything.
