Default What 4dr would you do for $9k?

I could have $9k for a 4dr once I sell my Rodeo.
My thoughts so far still remain:
94-97 Accord EX - H22A setup
94-02 Integra LS - turbo setup
Some Civic - swapped and turboed

I want to be able to afford some good springs and struts in with the 9k.
Final goal is to be able to run at least a 14 if not 13s.
I'm leaning towards the teg, but I haven't been able to find a 4dr in my price range.
Accords and Civics are everywhere, so they're not that hard to find.

Just wondering what you guys think.

i would go with the teg ls motors are perfect for turbo and with the right turbo and fuel pressure+ tires at about 10-15 psi should run 13s without a prob!
