Please don't sell yr car!! You should be proud to own a 5th Gen Prelude - It is a semi-rare gem...only certain people are attracted to them in the first place enough to buy them(thats why they are gone now.) I've noticed that over the past 6 years of driving my 4th Gen then my 5th Gen...

Do you have rims on yr car? I've taken pictures of every tuned prelude I've ever seen(even in NYC/Miami?Gville?etc.), but I've got a lot from Tampa/St.Pete - lots of white ones. I have two tuned white ludes myself.

well, i think preludes are overrated, in my opinion, damn good motor, they are just heavy and expensive,
and i have seen plenty of chevy eat a lude for lunch, here is why

PRELUDE 2002 model
3042 Lbs <<<REALLY HEAVY
2.2-liter dohc 16v VTEC inline-4
200 @ 7000 hosepower
156 @ 5250 torque

Pricing for a lude
5-speed manual ($23,500);
4-speed Sequential Sportshift automatic ($24,500);
Type SH ($26,000)

1998-2003 cavalier
2,676 Lbs <<<< CONSIDERABLY LIGHTER
2.2-liter dohc 16-valve four-cylinder <<<SAME ENGINE
200 @ 7000 horsepower <<<SAME HP
150 @ 4000 torque <<<LITTLE LESS TORQUE

Coupe ($14,030);
Coupe LS ($15,480);
Coupe LS Sport ($16,730);
Sedan ($14,180);
Sedan LS ($15,630);
Sedan LS Sport ($16,880)

AND PRICED WAY LESS...

kinda sucks though i hate chevy and ford, just some info for you

But peep how futuristic/sleek a prelude looks...pure class. Not mention I've never driven a car that handles better than my 4th Gen.--- A 5th Gen Prelude was my dream car for sooo many years and that car above made me so jealous, but I finally got mine. Now I have both...

yeah they do look nice i have seen some tight ones around, but just too pricy for my taste, im da type that would cruise in a getto cruiser and just hook the engine up, besides insurance is hella cheap on older cars, and unless they physically look under the hood they will never know its asleep
