head flow rate??

Default head flow rate??

ok im probably gonna piss some people off with this post neways. i have heard from both sides.. but im still unsure. b16 head or b18c1 head which has the better flow rate. i want to use it for ls/vtec so all info and opinions are appreciated.

Just like I said before they flow about the same, get whatever head you can find at the best value. Dynamically it seems from my experiences and from a few others I've talked to who also have experience, the gsr head works a bit better on lsvtecs than a b16a head.

the chart makes it look like each head has a strong point?? the gsr still ends up a little higher in flow? and if the b16 does flow 8-10% better will that really be that much od difference. im about to buy a gsr head and want to make sure im not wasting my money.
