Most of those are techinical bulletines and not recalls.

i was wondering about the seatbelts, because i dont know of a 4th gen with working seatbelts... including mine... everything works in my car (even the seatbelt lights on the headliner), except the seat belts...

yeah that is weird, all i did was copy and paste as far as the d16a6, but the same model is right for my year, i got tired of the headliner light (Can U Say UNPLUG?) lol , and my seatbelts i have relpaced 2 times, now my driver side went out again so forget it, im goin to get seats with a 5 point hopefully

How can you have an August 1987 Bulliten for a 1991 Civic?

this generation civic and crx was 1988 - 1991, so im assuming that the 1987 reports were a few months after the cars came out... they may have said 1991 civic dx d16a6 (which is actually only in the Si's) but they probably meant all 4th gen (88-91) civics and crxs...

yeah my car looks exactly like yours in the pic, but the 88-91 are pretty much the same, except the engine and suspension's
