ok here we go. right now my car weights in at 2262. its a 1990 4 door with a ls swap in with some other goodies. now im gonna build ls-vtec and i expect some pretty bad ass power from it. well my problem is when my ls was stock i had ls wheels with toyo proxis on them. and that my friends was nothing but a really good burnout. even from a launch in 2nd. soon i will be getting 16in rotas sub-zeros. now thes weight about 14 lbs. what tires should i use and what size. i would like to be able to roll on the street and a few occasional track runs. and not too expensive. lets keep it at $80 max per tire. thanx

 

Tires will make the biggest difference in any car...Buy the best tires you can afford...I always buy the Max Performance Tires because of my driving habits and the cars I drive...

I use BFG KDW's and Potenza S-02 PP's...They no longer make the Potenza S-02's so I would go with the S-03 PP's...

Ultra High Performance Tires is one step lower and I would recommend Potenza RE730's, Kumho Ecsta Supra 712's, or Falken Azenis Sports...
