the one in your pic probably came like that. you can order the grill that looks like that(unpainted) off ebay and alot of other import sites. i never heard of anyone cutting out the middle section of the grill to get the "H" out.

This is the internet. You're just supposed to talk up whatever you do know as if you're a salesman for it. i.e. I drive a Supra and a Corolla therefore 2JZ is the greatest and so is the 4A and I don't care about anything else because it's all crap since I don't have it. I also have a stack of $20 bills in front of me, therefore 20>50 and 20>100 and 20>1000. $20 bill FTW.
yo man... you don't need to cut the balck center part out. Its screwed on. but when you take it out its nasty and you can tell something was supposed to be there.. If you fiberglass itit canlook that way.. but personally i think it would be easier to buy one thats already made like that. that is of course, if you aren't too fond of playing with fiberglass
It looks to me that the one in the picture is an SI grill, or a Jdm grill. An SI grill has the H symbol in the center and you can remove that, and have a nice grill. But an EX is just like the DX, and CX. The H should pop out of the black center part, but it will look nasty. I cut the black part out of my 96 civic grill, and it did'nt come out to bad. Just some ideas.
