I lay it out straight. a 4-1 makes more High-end torque, and this is what you want.

go with 4-2-1 vtec engines need all the torque they can get !

Actually, the whole reason for VTEC and high revving is horsepower @ high RPMs, a 4-2-1 would defeat that purpose and rob from top end.
Keep that in mind when chosing a header.

Thanks for saying that. I was hoping somebody did

the day my honda has headers .. is the day im living in an alabama trailer park and it has a 427 harnessed in it.
