nothing every plug that is needed is there. some wires may need to be lengthened but that is it. Also on the back of the ls block there is going to be a green two wire round plug screwed into the block leading to an oil passage, don't worry about this plug. Everything else will work out , there might be some extra plugs depending on how the b16a wiring was setup.
