Check the IACV and the FITV.

i just had the same problem.{5000 rpms on the tach,same hose,different motor-but i will tell you where mine went in}there should be a valve all the way to the left of the injectors{if you are looking at the motor from the front.}it should be sticking straight up-so if you were looking at it you would see: {o}
