super or turbo
I have a rsx-s do you guys think I should go turbo or super? Overall turbo's have more hp gains but take to long to spool up while a JR supercharger will get me off the line quicker, so as of now I'm leaning towards the JR what do you all think????

Turbo is a good way to go, but it does cause turbo lag depending on the size.......the bigger the turbo, the more lag youre gonna have to deal with...as for the supercharger by JR, its great , especially if its your daily driver.....plus, if you went with the turbo, you'd have to also purchase forged pistons and rods.......go with the supercharger

well if you run any kind of boost on that SC then you would want to get pistons and rod just as you would on the turbo setup... boost is boost... and you can mess up your engine either way... i just say make sure you dont skip a step cause of $$$ or anything... if you dont have the $$$ to do it 100% then stay stock!!!

if this is ur first mod dont do it start out with something small like intake, exhaust, some good dc sport headers stay natural for away ya know... then go into ur engine internals and work on ur piston and rods... what all that is doing is getting ur engine ready for turbo or super charged just make sure u got a good turbo exhaust when ur doing thte first step and that they are some good forged pistons and rods :\ does n e body agree with me ??? on waht i said

kinda not really though... if you are going SC i would say kamakasi header (not headers) and depending on how crazy he wants to get (or what he does SC or turbo) 2.5-3in exhaust with a strait through muffler...and if he were to go Turbo then the intake he just bought is now trash... so it is all point and shoot... get pointed in a direction and then go strait for it...

JRSC kits are made to be used with stock internals. No need to build up the inside unless your going use a bigger pulley.
BTW, Im not positive on this, but I believe the JRSC's still have lag. And don't provide full boost until high RPM. I could be wrong however, I don't recall which blowers do this. Be aware that some however. Do.
