To make more power... How??

I have owned a number of Hondas with swaps already installed and a few s2000's, so I am a huge honda fan and I like the gas economy and power they offer. I wanted to boost a d16y8 but it appears to be WAY too expensive (if done correctly) compared to a complete engine swap. so...

where can I find a good swap (b16 or B18c1,) and who installs these swaps local to the tampa area for a good price?

Question #2
What should I expect to pay for one of these swaps plus installation?

I plan on swapping the engine from my 97 EK coupe.
