If you are lazy and don't want to check the thread, it's 425whp and 470tq, and that was their conservative tune.
Owner asked to push the limits of the setup temporarily, and the tuner's obliged. "Note: We were still using the same fuel, same engine set-up and tuning with EcuTek." Put down 490whp/570tq

Hey can you tell me what the hell ecutek is? I think i'm really close to gettung a STi and the one i am looking apparently has this ecutek thing you speak of (a little computer looking thing mounted on the dash.) is it aftermarket? what does it do?

EcuTek is a company in the UK. They reverse-engineered the Subaru ECU and developed software to allow reprogramming of the various maps stored in the ECU. The software is available only to tuners (with a company).
When someone says they "Have EcuTek" they mean their ECU has been reprogrammed/reflashed with the EcuTek software by a licensed EcuTek tuner.
