well first off the type r intake manifold wont fit on your head. skunk makes a manifold that does though, but from the rumors that i hear if your trying to build a full out race motor you just do some dirty tricks with the gs-r i/m and your set. but if your looking for a daily driving fun honda thing then go with the skunk. and the cams...just go with the skunk stage 2 then at the same time of the cams do either a type r valve train(new from acura is almost cheaper than skunk) or skunk valve train. and cam gears,a vafc , and some dyno time and your straight.

Itr valve train with skunk 2?s with what kind of revving?
I dont have any experience with those cams or these dirty tricks with the gsr manifold you are talking about. Thats why im asking. But by looks of your ride niether do you.
