Default S2000 whistle while accelerating????

So I just got my first s2000 its a 2000 with 38000 miles it was one owner and she was an 84 yr old woman, well when I accelerate I get this whistle sound coming from the engine bay. Does anyone else with an s2000 have this or have had it and if so what do i do to stop it. The car is completely stock btw and the only thing i can find online about it is that it happens when you put a cold air intake on it but mine has a stock airbox so iono if maybe that is still what could be doing it or not. I have also seen something about the timing chain tensioner i think it was that could be doing it but i dont believe thats what it is. Any help would be appreciated.

Some cars have a whistle from the alternator belts. Are all belts tight?
Or is it a different kind of whistle? Will it whistle when at a certain RPM or
only when accelerating? Hard accelerating, or normal accelerating?-Bob

if it is only whistling while accelerating, then its just your intake.

Its whistling during normal accelerating from around 3000-5000 in 2nd-4th gear. The belts are tight and the airbox is in perfect condition and shut all the way so i dont think its leaking. The only other thing i can think of is a pulley making the noise but it doesnt do it if i rev the engine in neutral only under load while driving
