chip installation gone bad so i think

had a computer chip installed in pm6 ecu wont go over 3000 sombody please tell me bad chip or ecu

More then likely a fuckup in the install. Take it out, retry it and see. Could be a damaged board. It's also possible the chip was damaged in shipping.

might not be the chip...it sounds like an ignition prob(could be the senser inside the distributor)...also i had a similar prob with a rex that i had and it was a bad ground...hope it helps..
