Default '00 civic shifter problems... Plz advise!

Just last night, I was shifting from 2nd to 3rd... In mid shift, shifter went loose and now I can't shift.... I'm thinking is may be the shift linkage but I'm new to Hondas... The shifter can now rotate in full 360 motion... And there's this rod hanging off the car. Like I stated, I'm new to Hondas as I've only had this car for a couple months, check out the pic and plz let me know if this is an easily fixed.***Sidenote- I'm being told it could be the rubber bushing that has fallen off, but if so, why? And is this something I can find @ junkyard?

lol yea looked like somebody used a bolt and it came out. A pin is suppose to go in that little hole at the tip. Find 12mm bolt with a nut, put the end of the linkage thats hanging back on the tranny and put the bolt w/nut on and that'll hold it or get that bitch pin from somewhere.. ie: Honda, or Junkyard
Look up bitch pin in google.. Thats what you're missing there bud.. Dont listen to anyone telling you its a rubber bushing, and yes its a easy fix
