fuel pump problems?? power to relay but pump wont prime.

fuel pump problems?? power to relay but pump wont prime.

i checked the relay and the harness and everything checks out fine and when i put a jumper wire on the relay harness the pump will turn on. wtf is going on

If the pump is below the gas level it should be priming. Does it spit fuel out when you disconnect the hose closest to the pump?-Bob
