Default Fitment issues with new suspension

So i finally got sick of the ride on my civic so I decided to replace it. Here is what I have so far.

Tokico & Tein

Got the car up and in the air replaced my cv axle and got the fronts done and put together. We go to install them and the fitment just isn't right. The fork isn't lining up with where the bolts go. here is what i'm talking about.

Its happening on both sides of the car and we cant figure out why. Any help is appreciated. Oh and I'm in seminole if anyone is bored and wants to help lol.

the back of the fork has a slot for the shock to line up with and it slides in.

just spin the shock around and you'll see the slot that needs to line up
