Well i did the full auto to manual transmission swap on my 99 civic ex and i left the auto intake manifold on it and the car ran fine just had an idle problem but yesterday i swap the intake with the manual manifold with a new gasket and then i slpiced the 2 wire iac plug into the harness and repinned the ecu and now the car cranks and will not start

any help would be greatly appreciated

 

I know my buddy had his iac riged and it would pop a fuse sumtimes don't remember which one but it's sumthing to look into not the Best advice but it's a start ()
