Need help////h22 head h23 block is it worth it

Default Need help////h22 head h23 block is it worth it

i got a h23 in my lude i jumped time and bent the valves so i bought a head up h22 but i have read that they blow up and i cant find on how they go together like do i need to do stuff to the block to make the head bolt and flow right or would it be better to just sell the h22 stuff and fix my h23 head need info

Honestly I'd just find an H22 or H23a VTEC block, get a chipped p28 and put it in the car. You'll get much better performance out of it.

ya i got my h23 head in a shop i got a 94 lude si with a h23 and bent the valves so i bought a h22 head mani and everything then read that they blow up so i was looking for more info but im just fixin what i have if i do a h22 it will be the whole motor
