stay away from the T25 just save up and do it right the first time go with like a T3/T4 or even a t3 super 60. you will like your setup much better. as for the fuel setup youll be looking at around 275-300whp if you do it right you should be ok with like a good intank one. along with some 440cc or even some dsm's and a good regulator holley or areomotive. as for the block depends on what your looking for just go with some je pistons and eagle or crower rods depending on your budget. and as for the head its really up to you how extreme you wanna go i would defanatly suggest the jg IM great gains on it. and i would stick with a hondata 2B setup . all i can say is do it right the first time or things will not go in your favor. hit me up if you guys need any help btown needs some more boost!
